Who is Tiffany Blake?

Brief History

I am a proud daughter, sister, aunt, and friend—roles that have shaped who I am at my core. Born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to young parents and humble beginnings, I grew up with an inquisitive spirit. As a middle child, my curiosity often led me to ask one question: “Why?” That natural drive to understand how things work became the foundation for my approach to problem-solving, listening, and helping others succeed.

Being part of a military family instilled in me values of hard work, dedication, and resilience. After my father’s 26-year military career brought us to San Antonio, Texas, I completed high school there and now proudly call it home.

My career path began when I followed in the footsteps of my father and older sister, joining the U.S. Air Force as a Supply Chain Management Specialist. Over 20 years of service, I completed four assignments, three deployments, and earned two college degrees. Retiring in 2019, I transitioned to a government contractor role and later climbed the ranks in Corporate America.

In 2023, my life took a turn when I unexpectedly lost my mother—a devastating moment that led me to take a career break to heal and support my family. This period of reflection and rebuilding inspired me to create Ascharis Management Solutions in 2024.

Career and Expertise

While working as a government contractor, I pursued my passion for business by enrolling in night classes toward an MBA at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). However, when the COVID-19 pandemic forced courses online, I took the opportunity to pivot my education in an exciting new direction. In August 2022, I was accepted into the Sport Entertainment Management MBA program at the University of North Texas (UNT), an exclusive program developed in partnership with Dallas Cowboys senior executives.

Throughout this program, I gained hands-on experience in financial management, corporate partnerships, and business consulting, with a strong focus on real-world applications. A key highlight of my time at UNT was participating in three intensive on-site boot camps, where teams were challenged to develop business strategies within just 18 hours to solve industry problems. These strategies were then presented to senior executives and Shark Tank-style panels, refining my ability to think critically, strategize effectively, and deliver high-impact presentations.

During my time in the program, my government contracting position was eliminated, leading me to transition into a Corporate Executive Trainee role in 2021. In this role, I sharpened my expertise in business development, budgeting, and service delivery, gaining firsthand experience in high-level corporate operations.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, I also took on a part-time position with the San Antonio Spurs as a Field Staff Representative. During my tenure, I was deeply immersed in business operations and event management, earning recognition for my professionalism, leadership, and strong work ethic.

These diverse experiences—spanning corporate strategy, business operations, and event management—ultimately fueled my decision to launch Ascharis Management Solutions, where I now leverage my expertise to help small businesses grow, scale, and thrive.

The Future

For a long time, I felt a calling to start my own business, but doubt and imposter syndrome held me back. After my mother’s passing, I found renewed purpose and channeled my energy into what has always driven me—helping people, fostering organizational excellence, and empowering teams to succeed.

With a strong background in management, a solid academic foundation in business, and expertise in administrative and professional services, logistics management, and business development, I knew it was time to step fully into my calling. From my small home office, I launched a business with a clear vision: to provide entrepreneurs and business owners with tailored strategies to grow their brands and expand their operations.

Unlike larger, more generalized firms, I offer a unique, focused approach—one that is agile, responsive, and deeply attuned to my clients’ needs. By combining strategic insight with hands-on support, I help businesses turn their ideas into big opportunities.
